Don't let them get away with it. Let the truth be known! Speak up and tell what happened!!
If you are dealing with a breeder who says they are a TICA cattery then you can also go file complaints against them with TICA at ;
Here is a link to the TICA board where you can file your complaints and include proof of your concern. It will go before the board and be reviewed.

Even if you only paid $150.00 for a kitten and you feel you don't want to get a lawyer then file a complaint with any of the above. Let the public know about these breeders or they will continue to do to others as they have done to you.
BUYER BEWARE!!
To any potential buyers, beware, ask questions, ask others, research do your home work thoroughly before you buy. If you don't you may end up with what you thought was a healthy kitten, only to find it is suffering from a disease that may end up costing you big time vet bills or worse end up with your new baby dying, because the breeder only cared about making the sale.
First you should seek out other people who have whatever kind of cat you are looking for (the internet is a good place to start), and get recommendations as to a good breeder through word of mouth, from other people who have had direct experiences with a breeder. Look at photos of their animal, do the kittens look healthy and well cared for, check their eyes do they look running or infected, look at their coat does it look healthy. Look for a breeder that does NOT breed their cats heavily, with litters back to back to back, but allows the mother time to recuperate her health between litters, etc. You may be in for a lot of problems from disease that shows up after you bring the baby home. A good breeder will keep kittens separated, especially if there have been any problems with illness in the past.
Check their website is they have a dozen or more queens and 20, 30 or more kittens for sale this is a kitten mill. I don't care what they call themselves they ARE a KITTEN MILL!!!! in it for the money the more they have to sell the better for them. Heck you might even find more of their ads scattered all over the internet selling even more kittens they don't have on the main website, this way it doesn't look so bad if they had 40 kittens to move at the same time. Some offer you kittens with docked tails they do it themselves and don't use a vet ( saves money that way) and they post this on the internet for the world to see WOW kittens with bleeding tails and worse.
If you have had run in with breeders like these or have been Ripped OFF by one please file a complaint with TICA if they claim to be a TICA cattery/ kittens or if you did not pay a fortune for the kitten and feel it isn't worth the hassle think again if you don't speak up you are enabling them to continue on ripping people off and mass producing kittens and running their KITTEN MILLS. File an on-line complaint with Rip Offs and when people do a search and their cattery or name comes up so will your complaints. Don't let them get away with this, speak up.
